  The only reason that I am giving a one rate is because there is nothing less to give. I went into the tire center on Tuesday night and purchased tires from a very nice gentleman who educated me on the types of rubber, how the tires worked, etc. I purchased them ahead of time because it was the last two tires of the tread and brand, with the plan to arrive at the Walmart tire center at 0700, the next day, when they were suppose to be open and ready for customers. I was advised there would be five technicians on so they would be able to get me in and out in time for work. I arrived at the Walmart Tire Center bay at 0640 and waited and waited and waited and finally at 0702 someone began moving and opening up the bays. I was advised to go inside where they could sign me in. I stood inside at the counter for five minutes with no one signing anyone in. Finally a sales associate noticed a line forming in the tire center area and asked if we had been helped. I told her no. She called the assistant manager Steffen who said to get the guy in the bay to do it, but he was going to be another four to five minutes, so Steffen came to the front. First do not pass off the job to someone else, get your butt up there and provide service. So Stephen finally comes up and I tell him I have purchased tires the night before and I am there to have them put on the front end of my car. He begins to argue with me telling me that they should be put on the back end in order for me to receive more control of my car. I proceeded to tell him that this is a front-wheel drive car and that I need the tires on the front, not the back. He again argues with me, at which point I told him to just put the tires on the front or I would get my money back and go elsewhere. He signs me in and puts on the order to rotate and balance the tires with the back ones....I just want the tires put on the front people. Finally at 0730 my tires have been found because they were never taken off the shelf like I was told would happen, but at this point I have spoke to my husband who is very unhappy with the service provided me. So instead of Walmart servicing the tire, we put them in the back and the Honda dealership will get to do the work. I apologized to the service technician for leaving that I knew it was not his fault that the tires couldn't be found, or the way I was treated. He indicated that this was not the first time the tire service manager had rubbed a customer the wrong way.
